I promise that there will be more updates and maybe come of my own tutorials this coming. I finally got a camera! It was a thoughtful gift from my baby sister.

Angelic Pretty's grand opening will be this saturday Nov 20 and extends its festivities through sunday for customers who spend 200+, with a tea party. It is so exciting to think that like Baby, AP will be accessible to Lolis in the US. Will San Francisco become a second Lolita Mecca?

Prints of Autumn

Salut to all, November has come at last, and where I live it has finally showed signs that it is autumn! In the Lolita world fall has shown its colors through many brand prints and themes.

For fun I just wanted to share some of my favorites.

As a tarot reader myself, I love the whole concept. I also love the red colorway a rich hue for the fall season.

I love the Rocco/Marie Antoinette feel to this print, I can't choose which colorway is my favorite they are all so lovely!

Angelic Pretty:

Little Bear's Cafe

I love this print in the cream and brown colorways for fall. Teddy bears and sweets just sound comfy to me for the chilly weather.

Lolita Palace: Versailles Part Deux

In continuation of Lolita Palaces: Versailles, lets begin!

Versailles is built during the time of reason and came into the hand of Louis VXVI and Marie Antoinette toward the end of the Enlightenment Era. The French fashion featured both opulence and organization, just look at the gardens: perfectly manicured and luscious!

I wish we all had palaces to recreate Versailles, but until then lets embellish our current spaces!

Start with color: If you can paint the walls, then run to you nearest paint store and load up on pasteles: blues, pinks, yellows, creams If you like Marie Antoinette al Sophia Coppola candy pastels will suit your fancy! Corals, brighter pinks silver blues you imagination is your palette

For a more true to history feel why not try Wallpaper?

This sample makes me think of Marie's bedchamber walls.

Can't dramatically transform your walls how about a gorgeous canopy bed or damask fabric panels behind your headboard?

Lolita Palace: Versailles Part Un

This is the first post in the series Lolita Palace and I want to start with the big kahuna of palaces Versailles, yes the home of Queen Marie Antoinette.

Why did I choose Versailles? Simply because it is gorgeous, from the perfectly manicured gardens to the magical hall of mirrors. Versailles is definitely a big contender for Lolita Palace number one most beautiful. Plus its a home fit for a Queen.

Now how can we get such splendor into our homes? This will come in the next article so keep an eye out!

Angelic Pretty Heading to the US

Baby started the passage to the US but don't believe that AP would be left behind. Rumors have been buzzing all over the Loli interwebz but it is finally made official by the people of AP in an announcement .

So the basic have been released The new store front will be in San Francisco, Union Square shopping district to be exact. Opening is scheduled in the 1st of Nov 2010.
